High-level view of Medicare providers – category breakdown & quality program enrollment

What % of Medicare providers are chiropractors?  Now you know.
Enrollment in the various quality & incentive programs are low across the board.  Not all providers are eligible to participate – but to the extent a physician IS enrolled, it may be a directional indication he/she is embracing engagement & transparency.  Comments are welcomed.
